The Opportunity

As a B2B Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving our mission forward. You'll actively prospect and engage with businesses throughout Maryland, educating them about the advantages of community solar and guiding them through the enrollment process. You'll be responsible for exceeding sales targets, building strong relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:
• College degree and/or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in business sales
• 2 years of experience networking
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the solar industry (a plus).
• Proficiency in cold calling, email communication, and CRM software.
• Experience exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (a plus)

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive solar sales and expand market presence.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions effectively.
• Conduct negotiations to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote solar solutions and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.

Compensation and Benefits:

$100,000 - $175,000 annually
