Lovelight Solutions is seeking a part-time Commercial Lighting Efficiency Auditor to conduct on-site lighting audits in the San Francisco Bay Area. About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for conducting on-site lighting audits, gathering accurate data, and creating detailed reports using EcoInsight software. Your work will help shape customized LED lighting solutions for commercial clients.

This is a flexible, part-time position (6 hours/day on average) with an employee status and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct professional on-site lighting audits at commercial and industrial facilities.
• Identify and document all types of existing lighting—fixture types, lamp & base types, wattages, and control systems.
• Use EcoInsight (or similar) software to generate accurate, professional audit reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring a positive experience and professional representation of Lovelight Solutions.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure audits lead to optimized energy-saving proposals.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Minimum 1 year of lighting audit experience.

✔ Strong knowledge of lighting systems (lamps, fixtures, ballasts, controls, etc.).

✔ Experience with lighting audit software (EcoInsight preferred, but others acceptable).

✔ Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

✔ Professional communication and customer interaction skills.

✔ Reliable transportation—this role requires travel to audit sites in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Location & Work Environment:
• Hybrid role: Remote-based but requires regular on-site audits in the SF Bay Area.
• Must have a home office setup or we will provide a co-working space if needed.
• Mileage & travel expense reimbursement for work-related travel.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $35 - $45/hour (Employee status, not a contractor).
