The Opportunity

As a Climat Transition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of engaging and educating new customers about the benefits of our climate management and decarbonization platform. You will work closely with our experienced sales team to drive rapid, scalable adoption in key sectors.

You will be responsible for:
• Unlocking opportunities by combining data-driven insights with a relentless work ethic to build pipeline in proven and new segments alike.
• Seeking to understand and educate customers on the positive business drivers of climate strategy, while meeting them where they are.
• Operating like an owner, creatively solving problems and finding new avenues to engage customers with a scrappy and all-hands-on-deck outlook.
• Developing expertise in both climate and customer operations to help them build better businesses with a climate strategy.

Qualifications & Skills
• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales or sales development in a SaaS or similar environment and a consistent record of over-achievement.
• You've consistently received outstanding feedback from customers and colleagues alike.
• You're a problem-solver who communicates clearly, isn't afraid to ask for help when needed, and is inherently curious.
• You're a pragmatic optimist eager to rapidly grow personally and professionally.
• You believe that the biggest challenges are also the biggest opportunities.
• Experience working at a startup or other fast-paced organization is a plus.
