Lead Climate and Energy Advocate

We seek an experienced Senior Attorney to lead our litigation and advocacy efforts on complex climate and energy cases. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will leverage legal advocacy to drive positive change and results.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive litigation strategies for complex climate and energy cases.
• Conduct factual investigations, secure expert testimony, and prepare written submissions and oral arguments.
• Collaborate in team problem-solving, litigation strategy, and project management.
• Prepare discovery materials, pleadings, testimony, and briefs for state and federal regulatory proceedings and court proceedings.
• Oversee the work of technical experts and manage relationships with co-counsel, clients, and coalition partners.
• Work closely with media, policy, and legislative teams to amplify our impact.
• Serve as a role model and help advance our efforts to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
