Climate Advisory Board Member

Cool Climate Collective is seeking experienced professionals for its Climate Advisory Board to provide strategic guidance and mentorship to early-stage climate tech companies. Advisors will share their industry expertise to help founders overcome challenges and scale their solutions. This role offers flexible, remote involvement and does not require prior climate experience. The position emphasizes meaningful collaboration and impactful contributions to climate innovation.
Who We Are

We’re an early-stage climate tech investment collective that supports a portfolio of companies striving to scale innovative solutions in the climate space. Beyond pure funding, we believe targeted expertise and hands-on guidance can be transformational for founders.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking experienced professionals from a variety of industries—marketing, product, supply chain, finance, operations, sales, and more—to serve on our Climate Advisory Board. While climate-related experience is a plus, it’s not mandatory. Many of our portfolio companies are still in the early stages of growth, and we need advisors who can share hard-earned knowledge and practical tactics to help them scale rapidly.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Tactical Guidance: Offer strategic and operational support based on your unique industry expertise.
• Mentor & Coach: Help founders navigate challenges such as market entry, product expansion, or talent acquisition.
• Open Your Networks: Connect entrepreneurs with valuable contacts, including potential partners or customers.
• Amplify Founders’ Impact: Leverage your knowledge to accelerate climate solutions, even if your primary background isn’t climate-focused.

What This Role Is Not
• You don’t need to be an angel investor or commit to our investment committees.
• This is a portfolio-driven role: your insights will be channeled directly to the companies that can benefit most from your skill set.
• Involvement in investment committee reviews is completely optional.
