About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Impact to ensure the maximum effectiveness of its programs and advocacy in line with the organization's mission and strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the use of human, financial, and external resources to integrate programmatic and regional advocacy with operational, fundraising, and financial functions. This role involves overseeing strategic planning, aligning strategies with the organization's vision, and ensuring the highest quality of program and regional delivery. The Chief of Impact will also be a key leader in mentoring and managing program and regional teams, as well as working closely with the Executive and Managing Directors to set and achieve organizational priorities. Candidates for the Chief of Impact position at the company should be experienced team builders, coaches, and facilitators, with a proven track record in program management, implementation, and measurement. The role requires a leader who can attract, develop, and retain high-performance experts, and who is adept at fostering collaboration and communication across diverse teams. Experience in international organizations and a commitment to cultural awareness and inclusivity are essential.
