Job Description

The City of Hamilton is seeking Bus Operators to provide safe, reliable, and customer-focused transit services. This full-time position requires a valid class G license and offers competitive wages of CA$31.63 per hour, along with benefits such as paid training and a pension plan. Operators will work various shifts and are expected to deliver exceptional service while collaborating with the team to enhance the commuter experience.

As a bus operator, you will champion our customer service goals to help set a positive tone for our commuters’ customer experience. You may be required to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and split shifts. Our Culture and Expectations

HSR provides a customer focused safe, reliable, and inclusive transit system that connects people to where they want to go. We operate a fleet of 267 buses on 35 different routes. Our typical service coverage on Weekdays and Saturdays is from 5 am to 2 am and Sundays/Holidays from 6 am to 12 midnight.
