The Company primarily focuses on utility scale solar, solar & storage, and stand-alone storage development.
About the Role

We are seeking a talented self-starter to assist Ecoplexus' U.S.-based project finance and development teams.

This individual will perform and coordinate financial analysis related to project acquisitions and development, model debt and tax equity financial structures, and manage closing activities for project M&A, debt, and tax equity financings.
Key Responsibilities
• Model project economics, auditing analyst work products, organizing project due diligence, managing relationships with lenders, tax equity investors, and consultants.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support contract negotiation and closing processes.
Requirements
• Solid understanding of project finance concepts, debt & tax equity structures, and deal execution.
• Strong quantitative aptitude with advanced Excel and modeling skills, VBA and SQL skills a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership of work product.
• Highly resourceful, organized, and comfortable working in an unstructured, entrepreneurial environment.
