About Ecoplexus
A rapidly growing renewable energy development firm headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in North Carolina, Dallas, Mexico City, and Tokyo. We primarily focus on utility scale solar, solar & storage, and stand-alone storage development.
We continue to grow at a rapid rate, expecting to complete approximately $2 Billion of projects over the next four years. Our Company has developed and completed over 80 projects in the U.S. and internationally, with an 11 GW pipeline in the US & Mexico.
Job Overview
We are seeking a talented self-starter who is highly motivated and capable of assuming increasing responsibility in a dynamic growth environment. Based in the U.S. (remote), the Associate will assist our project finance and development teams by performing financial analysis related to project acquisitions and development.
Responsibilities
• Model project economics and audit analyst work products.
• Organize project due diligence and manage relationships with lenders and tax equity investors.
• Coordinate internal teams to support contract negotiation and closing processes.
Requirements
• Solid understanding of project finance concepts and debt & tax equity structures.
• Strong quantitative aptitude with advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership of work product.
Key Responsibilities
Valuation & Modeling
• Build, run, and audit complex financial models.
• Analyze valuation metrics across various scenarios.
Deal Origination & Execution
• Manage and audit finance & development marketing materials.
• Interface with financing parties, related counsel, and consultants.
