**Responsibilities:**

• Expansion and assurance of continuous development of processes and technologies in the Musterbau Li-Ion Large cells
• Supervision of operational staff
• Collaboration in the commissioning of complex manufacturing plants
• Reporting, evaluation, and follow-up of measures
• Coordination of operational staff to ensure Musterbau production quantity and delivery of customer samples
• Close cooperation with Musterbau Quality and Prototyping
• Shop floor management and support in the implementation of quality-enhancing measures
• Support in the setup and expansion of Musterbau
• Assistance in logistics and value stream in Musterbau
• Ensuring product conformity of customer samples
• Responsible for maintaining Musterbau operations to deliver customer samples
• Coordination, support, and ensuring of plant maintenance and upkeep

**Requirements:**

• Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with further education to a certified technician or master technician
• Deep automotive knowledge and familiarity with automotive norms IATF16949, VDA 6.3
• Experience in battery technology and manufacturing of complex components in the automotive sector
• Proficient in MS Office and PC skills
• Experience in designing and producing Li-Ion battery cells
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies for Li-Ion battery cells
• Independent and structured work approach
• Enjoy working in an agile and dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ideally SAP knowledge
• Good English language skills
