The Assistant Farm Manager (Organic) at agriCAREERS, INC. in Massena, IA will support the Farm Manager in overseeing daily operations of an organic farm. Responsibilities include implementing crop production strategies, managing resources, operating and maintaining farm equipment, and promoting safety. This full-time position offers excellent benefits and requires candidates to be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.
Work closely with Farm Manager to oversee daily activities of organic farm. Implement strategies for crop production, manage resources efficiently. Operate farm equipment (tractors, combines, tillage machinery, planting equipment and cultivation equipment). Will also work with irrigation equipment and maintain equipment. Work effectively with the team, promote safety. Excellent benefits.
