Appointment Setters

Eco Systems Group Ltd is hiring 2 Appointment Setters in Romford, UK, to assist customers with grant applications for energy efficiency improvements. The role involves qualifying customers, booking visits, and managing the installation process. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and be IT literate. This is a full-time position that is target-driven but not sales-focused.
Eco Systems Group is a bespoke energy-saving and insulation provider for commercial and residential properties.

We work in partnership with private consumers, social housing organisations, local authorities and energy companies supporting the government’s carbon-neutral initiative via the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS).

This grant scheme provides a financial contribution to qualifying customers and helps to increase the energy efficiency of their properties and reduces the cost of ever-rising energy bills.

We are seeking 2 additional appointment setters to support customers through the grant award and installation processes by understanding their needs, qualifying suitability to be awarded grants, booking surveyor and assessor visits and managing the full lifecycle through to install completion.

This is not a sales role, however, it is target-driven and to succeed, you will need to:



Have the ability to adopt a sales through customer service approachPossess a key eye for detailBe highly organised, efficient and driven to generate resultsDemonstrate a customer-first attitudeBe IT literate (bespoke systems training will be provided)Have an excellent telephone mannerIdeally have experience in a telephone-based role; preferably B2C
