Job Description

Invenergy LLC is hiring an Analyst for Renewable Development in Denver, CO. The role involves supporting the Renewable Development Department by creating documents, preparing budgets, tracking performance indicators, and assisting in identifying renewable energy development prospects. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and be eligible to work in the U.S. The position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Position Overview

As an Analyst, Renewable Development with Invenergy, you support our Renewable Development Department on several key functions of the company.

Responsibilities
• Create documents and presentations.
• Prepare budgets, meeting agenda’s and taking notes in Strategy and Departmental meetings.
• Assist with identifying wind, solar, battery storage. development prospects in the Western regions and assist developers in meetings.
• Effective handling of confidential data and sensitive information.
• Track department key performance indicators and provide recommendations to improve metrics where applicable.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate errors and implement process improvements.
• Work with cross functional groups to gather and document process/system improvement requirements.
• Utilize project management skills to develop and implement process and system improvements.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Understand and drive performance in our fast-paced and growing organization.
• Proactively and reactively use processes to solve problems and enhance business process efficiencies throughout the entire development department.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Travel as needed, anticipated 25% of the time.
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
• Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.
• Professional, able to maintain confidential information and team oriented.
• Desire and aptitude to learn and understand the Energy/ Utilities Industry.
• Familiarity with renewable project development, real estate development, transmission OR power project engineering with a desire to learn more.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Able to prioritize assignments, multi-task, and re-prioritize assignments as needed.
• Strong initiative and focused on process improvement.
• Ability to work in amorphous environment.

Base Pay

60,000.00 - 75,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus: 15%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.

In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance. Your recruiter can share more about bonus eligibility for this position during the hiring process.
