Job Description
Eileen Fisher Inc. is seeking a Sustainability Specialist in Los Angeles, CA, to lead sustainability initiatives and strategies. The ideal candidate should have a degree in sustainability or related fields, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include developing sustainability strategies, monitoring initiatives, and collaborating with departments. The position offers a full-time schedule with a salary range of $65K–$92K per year.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sustainability practices, project management, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who can bring their own unique perspective to our corporate sustainability initiatives, as well as their commitment to creating a culture of sustainable practices within the company.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in sustainability, environmental studies, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a sustainability-focused role. You should also have a proven ability to work collaboratively with other departments, and a deep understanding of sustainable production and supply chain management. Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives in line with company objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
Lead sustainability projects and initiatives throughout the organization.
Research and analyze current industry trends and practices related to sustainability.
Monitor industry and government regulations related to sustainability.
Work with other departments to ensure sustainability initiatives are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.
Develop and manage sustainability education and training programs for employees.
Develop and manage sustainability reporting systems and processes.
Develop and manage sustainability metrics and KPIs.
Develop and manage sustainability budget and related costs.
