Aurecon is seeking a Workplace Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Perth, WA. The role involves managing the Workplace Team, overseeing facilities and compliance, supporting operational budgets, and leading workplace technology initiatives. Candidates should have experience in workplace/facilities roles, strong leadership skills, and a passion for process improvement. This position is site-based and requires collaboration with various stakeholders.

How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?
As our new Workplace Lead (Operations/Facilities), you’ll be a vital part of the Workplace team and be responsible for the leadership and delivery of the operations and experience services in the Perth office. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract and is site based.
Your Role Will Include
• Managing our Workplace Team across Perth and Darwin and assist the team in managing our day-to-day Workplace Operations.
• Managing our Facilities, Compliance and Maintenance plans, ensuring all workplaces run smoothly and legal compliance activities are met across all sites.
• Supporting Workplace Manager Supplier Account Management (including managing operational budgets) across this region, monitoring vendors to seek performance improvement and value where possible
• Supporting the Workplace Manager and Workplace Experience Business Partner in delivering our strategies for Aurecon Experience, Front of House and Events
• Manage fleet vehicles including the servicing, cleaning and maintenance of the vehicles.
• Manage security passes for the Perth office completing regular audits for security compliance.
• With support from our Technology team, leading the Workplace team in managing all Workplace Technology tools (A/V systems, desk & locker bookings and maintenance)
• Supporting the Workplace Manager in delivery of Workplace projects across the region and driving new continuous improvement initiatives. Ad hoc projects may be assigned to you.
• Representing the Workplace team in our business; working with key stakeholders (Senior Leadership, Technology, H&S team etc.)
• First point of contact for Perth Workplace queries and issues.
