Workforce Sustainability Senior Analyst

The Workforce Sustainability Senior Analyst at Blue Community in Trumbull, CT, is responsible for data analysis and visualization to support the Talent & Organizational Performance team. Avangrid - Trumbull, CT - The Workforce Sustainability Senior Analyst is a key member of the Talent & Organizational Performance (TOP) training team. This position coordinates and implements data analysis and visualization to ensure the success of the team.

In partnership with others across the TOP team, this role leads the analysis of complex data as well as the development of dashboards and other presentation mediums to successfully communicate to various levels within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze complex data and develop dashboards for effective communication.
• Collaborate with area leaders, directors, and managers to ensure proper reflection of data and progress related to strategic goals and initiatives.

Required

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferred. Advanced Degree or Professional Certification preferred.

Required Experience/Training: Proven advanced data visualization skills in Microsoft Office tools;
Excel, Access, Power BI, and other data analysis techniques.
