• Role Summary:
We are looking for a Work Management Specialist to join our Thermal Generation business unit with this position being available at our Cockburn / Kwinana Power Station or Pinjar Power Station. The purpose of the role is to support continuous improvement of Synergy's SAP master data to provide quality asset information for enabling the effective and efficient balance of risk, obligations, performance, and cost.
• Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Translate and communicate the master data processes and standards for leaders, project managers, engineers, schedulers, planners, and maintainers so that their roles, responsibilities, and deliverables are understood.
- Drive SAP asset and material master data quality to ensure sound data and information for business decision making.
- Conduct regular verification and auditing activities IE notifications, work orders, plant maintenance and materials master data.
- Review, outline, write and edit plant maintenance documentation such as work instructions, procedures, and checklists.
- Provide support to the master data team with SAP PM & MM master data change notification process.
• What you'll bring:
- Ideally background of trades, master data or planner / scheduler.
- Stakeholder management is essential for this role
- Expert knowledge in work management
- Advanced computer skills with experience in the processing and analysis of system plant data.
- Preferred knowledge of SAP financial, inventory management and procurement environments.
