About the position
Wolf Josey Landscape Architects is seeking a talented Project Designer/Manager with 2 to 4 years of work experience to work with us on a diverse range of projects. Our small office supports professional growth and development, flexibility, and mentorship. As a Project Designer, you will be involved in various aspects of landscape architecture, from master planning to park design and ecological restoration. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including a campus master plan, a 650-acre mountain estate adjacent to Shenandoah National Park, an 11-acre public park, and several projects with the University of Virginia. We believe that all landscapes are important contributors to a community and the environment, and we bring our values of design and ecological responsibility to every project, regardless of scale. Applicants should have a working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and MS Office Suite. Experience with construction drawing is strongly desired, and hand drawing skills, a passion for design, and regional plant knowledge are advantageous. Candidates must hold a Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA) or Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA).
Responsibilities
