Job Description

Conservation Legacy is seeking a Wildlife Habitat Restoration Specialist to lead a team of young adults in conservation projects in Kinnear, WY. Responsibilities include managing project logistics, developing training programs, and ensuring crew safety. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in environmental conservation and leadership. This is a full-time position with no degree required.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of 4-5 young adults in completing conservation projects on public lands
• Develop and implement skills training programs to enhance crew members' knowledge and abilities
• Manage project logistics, including tool and equipment inventory, and coordinate with project partners and ALCC staff
• Ensure the safety and well-being of crew members, and promote a culture of sustainability and stewardship

A strong understanding of environmental conservation principles and practices, as well as experience in leadership and facilitation, are essential for this role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about empowering the next generation of leaders and committed to making a positive impact in their community.
