The Wealth Management Trading Analyst will have sound investment knowledge and thrive in a semi-autonomous and entrepreneurial environment while maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and vendors. The individual will be responsible for a variety of RIA operational tasks including trading, reporting, and system integrations. As a Wealth Management Trading Analyst, you will review and process daily trading workflow with a high degree of accuracy, implement investment decisions, and rebalance client accounts according to changes in asset allocation or individual client needs and objectives. You will facilitate and monitor the daily trade file transmission, receipt, and acknowledgements processes, and work directly with various technology partners to analyze and enhance our suite of programs for trading, reporting, and other functions of the wealth management unit. Additionally, you will develop written procedures when new products are introduced or system changes are implemented, and work on various department projects as needed. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience.

• Series 7 licensed preferred.
,
• 1-3 years of financial services experience.
