Description

We are seeking a motivated Wealth Advisor to join our team and play a key role in the sale and service of wealth management products at our Bank. In this position, you will work directly with clients to achieve sales goals, provide expert advice on investment services, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, sales, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service related to wealth management products and services, ensuring a positive client experience at all touchpoints.
• Achieve sales goals as part of the Bank's overall business objectives, while promoting wealth management and other investment products.
• Establish and execute a marketing sales plan to meet targets.
• Assist clients by gathering necessary information, processing buy-sell orders for securities, and ensuring accurate client records.
• Educate and train Bank channel partners (e.g., retail, commercial, and mortgage bankers) on Wealth Management services.
• Handle incoming client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain thorough and accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, participating in risk management and safety practices.
• Utilize CRM systems to track client activities and maintain up-to-date records.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Education: B.S. or B.A. in a related field preferred, along with specialized training in insurance and financial services.
• Licenses: PA State Insurance/Health License, Series 6, 63, and 7 licenses.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a related position, with experience in financial services or wealth management sales preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, sales, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficient in PC and CRM software; thorough knowledge of current wealth management regulations.
• Other: Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
