JOB DESCRIPTION - Water Restoration Technician, Remediation - Construction

Water restoration technician, remediation technicians respond to emergency water damage and other restoration-related jobs at any given time. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Water restoration technician, remediation technicians perform initial assessment of water/smoke/fire damage claims and completion of any mitigation-related tasks which include, but are not limited to, securing the job site, performing any necessary demo/cleaning, and setting equipment in the attempt to dry/deodorize the structure.

Training available.

Complete the job in a thorough yet efficient and timely manner.

Perform light demolition and repair work as required.

Load work trucks with equipment & supplies

Clean and maintain equipment and vehicles.

Complies with federal, state, and company safety and environmental rules.

QUALIFICATIONS - Water Restoration Technician, Remediation - Construction

Previous experience working in restoration desired but not required

Bonus if IICRC certified.

Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Clean DMV record and driving license a requirement

Be able to pass a Criminal Background Check

Ability to work both alone and as a team

Weekend work is required on occasion

Must be reliable, punctual and be able to handle responsibility

Excellent communication skills and Bilingual a plus

Must work well with others, have a professional attitude, presentable appearance

Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour
