Water Restoration and Mold Remediation Technician - Orlando

Paul Davis Restoration of Central Florida is seeking a Water Restoration and Mold Remediation Technician in Orlando, FL. This role involves serving the community during disasters, performing water mitigation, mold remediation, and providing excellent customer service. • Hourly Range: $17.00 - $22.00

• Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology.

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
• High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
• OT hours available.
• Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
• You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.

Team Qualifications (Requirements):
• High school education or equivalent required
• The ability to occasionally work weekends and extended hours, as needed.
• Applicants must be reliable, driven, customer-oriented, and willing to be part of a team.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Basic understanding of technology and computer skills.
• A valid and clean driver’s license is required.
• Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions) and drug testing
• Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
