Job Description
This position is for a Civil Project Manager to join our team in Iowa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, planning, scheduling, and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Engineers, Planners, and Technicians to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage preliminary and final design and construction phase services for water resource projects
• Serve as primary client contact and resolve project-related issues
• Perform technical analysis and documentation
• Conduct public outreach and business development activities

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent program from an accredited college
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Iowa
• Eight years of progressive design and complex construction experience
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CAD/AutoCAD Civil 3D design software
