What you Need:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years' relevant modeling and/or design experience
• Licensure: Professional Engineer in any U.S. State with ability to obtain additional licensure within the first 6 months of employment
• CADD: Proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS
• Knowledge: Working knowledge of FEMA, USACE, and state DNR design standards and compliance

What you can Add:
• More Experience: Past experience in 2D modeling, dam breach analysis, FEMA flood studies, sediment transport, flood frequency analyses
• CADD: Proficiency with Bentley OpenRoads Designer and/or AutoDesk Civil3D
• Certification: Certified Floodplain Manager, D.WRE Board Certification

What you will Do:
• Manage and perform the planning, design/analysis, and construction administration of water resources infrastructure projects
• Take ownership of tasks with dependable performance
• Develop scopes, schedules, and budgets for various water resources engineering projects
• Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling including advanced/complex hydraulic modeling
• Mentor and support the development of junior staff
• Focus on project delivery and client satisfaction with attention to detail and deadlines
• Develop and maintain client relationships

Salary range $75,000-$175,000/year determined by education, experience, licensure, and KSAs of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
