Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking a mid-level Water Resources Engineer for a direct hire position in Hillard, OH. The role involves planning, designing, and implementing water/wastewater projects, collaborating with civil engineers, conducting site visits, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, 6-10 years of experience, and a Professional Engineer License. ITS has a client in the Hillard, OH area seeking a Water Resources Engineer. This is a direct hire position with full benefits including 401k.

As a mid-level Water Resources Engineer , you will focus on water/wastewater projects that support our clients by providing professional planning, design, implementation, and construction services for water distribution, collection, and treatment systems.
Responsibilities:
• Technical expertise in the design and development of water and wastewater collection, distribution, and treatment systems.
• Collaborate with civil engineers and project leaders to develop engineering plans and specifications to meet project goals.
• Conduct site visits and field inspections to gather data and assess project requirements.
• Finalize technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform hydraulic modeling and analysis.
• Prepare project proposals and cost estimates.
• May coordinate or supervise assigned staff.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related field.
• 6-10 years of related civil design experience in the field of water/wastewater systems.
• Professional Engineer License (P.E.).
• Proficient knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• A strong work ethic with excellent organizational, communication, computer, technical writing, and team building skills.
• Follow company policies and procedures
