Water Project Manager

Harrison Consulting Solutions is seeking a Potable Water Project Manager for their Dubuque, IA office. The role involves preparing plans, feasibility studies, permits, and compliance reports, as well as managing construction projects and client interactions. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Environmental or Civil Engineering, 8+ years of experience, a PE License, and project management skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and related software is preferred.
Established multi-disciplined consulting firm is looking to add a talented Potable Water Project Manager to their Dubuque, Iowa team!

Responsibilities:
• Prepare potable water plans, feasibility studies, regulatory/technical permits, project scopes, budgets, and compliance reports
• Develop contract drawings and technical specifications
• Administer/observe construction of potable water-related projects
• Interact with clients, vendors/manufacturers, and the public

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of potable water project experience
• PE License
• Project management experience
• Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D, BIM, BioWin and Arc View preferred

Salary is commensurate with experience.
