Key Responsibilities Provide technical assistance to small, underserved water and wastewater utilities Evaluate design, costs, and environmental impacts of infrastructure projects Conduct sampling and advanced data analysis of environmental results Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical, environmental, or civil engineering 3 to 8 years of relevant experience Minimum GPA of 3.0 (college transcripts required) Ability and interest in traveling Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting requirements
