Job Description

Angus Council is hiring two Waste Recycling Operatives based in Brechin, UK. The role involves front-line service delivery at a recycling center, requiring 14.38 hours of work weekly on a fixed schedule. Workdays include Tuesday to Thursday and weekends, with varying hours. This job is workstyle 1 - Fixed.
In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.
You will be required to work 14.38 hours per week between 9.50am and 4.05pm.
Hours are worked on a 2 week rota basis as below.
Week 1 –Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 5 hours 45 minutes per day.
Between April and September, Wednesday hours are worked between 12:50pm and 7:05pm.
Week 2 – Saturday and Sunday, 5 hours 45 minutes per day
