Known for their reliability, technical expertise, and commitment to safety and compliance, they offer a full range of services including transfer station operations, lab pack coordination, and multi-waste stream disposal solutions.

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Waste Management Administrator to serve as a key support role to the General Manager. This individual will manage client communications, prepare waste profiles, help coordinate scheduling between teams, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth and compliant operations. This is a non-field, office-based position that requires strong communication, multitasking, and accuracy in documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the initial point of contact for clients to gather waste-related details (@type, volume, container @types, etc.).

· Prepare and update waste profiles to reflect the proper classification and handling requirements.

· Work with the General Manager to prepare proposals for waste disposal services.

· Input and maintain accurate waste data in internal systems and ensure it’s ready for use by the logistics/scheduling team.

· Help coordinate with the internal scheduling team to facilitate timely and compliant pickups and deliveries.

· Support communication between the GM and sales/scheduling teams.

· Handle administrative functions such as data entry, document management, and compliance paperwork.

· Ensure alignment with all company policies and environmental regulations at the local, state, and federal level.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Experience in waste management or hazardous materials a plus, but not required.

· Familiarity with waste profiles or manifesting preferred (willing to train the right candidate).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time and tasks independently.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.

· Willingness to learn industry regulations (RCRA knowledge is a plus).
