We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Team Member to join our Chicago facility in the Chicago Metropolitan area. This role will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and work closely with the Warehouse Operations Team Lead. The ideal candidate is dedicated to supporting daily warehouse operations at our Chicago facility. This position is critical to ensure our inventory is organized, orders are fulfilled accurately, and our warehouse remains clean and efficient.

Daily Responsibilities may include:
• Receive, unload, and store incoming products with accuracy and care
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company standards
• Maintain assigned warehouse zones in a clean, organized, and safe condition
• Assist with inventory counts and basic inventory tracking using manual logs or computer systems
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to meet daily performance goals
• Support general warehouse upkeep, including sweeping, down-stocking, and pallet organization

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Basic math and computer literacy skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
