About the Role

Join our dynamic team as the Vice President of Financial Strategy and Analysis! In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive strategic financial planning and ensure our financial goals align seamlessly with our business strategies. You will oversee our comprehensive financial planning process, ranging from annual budgeting to long-term strategic initiatives, whilst providing essential financial analysis and reporting to facilitate executive decision-making.

As the VP of Financial Strategy and Analysis, your responsibilities will include:
• Leading forecasting, budgeting, and managing financial operations.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulations.
• Coaching and mentoring a high-performance finance team.
• Analyzing international financial data and guiding capital expenditure evaluations.
• Being a strategic partner to the business, advising on financial implications of key decisions.

We are looking for candidates with:
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior FP&A leadership role.
• A strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• A deep understanding of business and financial acumen, supported by advanced analytical skills.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
