Truity Partners is seeking a VP of Finance for a non-profit organization in Green Bay, WI. The role requires 8+ years of experience and strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, budgeting, and overseeing finance functions. A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required. The salary ranges from $130k to $150k, and it is a full-time position.

The salary range for this position is $130k-150k.
The VP of Finance will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support organizational goals and long-term planning.
- Partner with the executive team to provide financial insights, forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and financial goal-setting processes.
- Oversee all finance and accounting functions, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead the company’s risk management strategy including insurance, audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team to support a high-performing, collaborative department.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
The VP of Finance will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or closely related field.
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
