Vice President of Investor Relations

A well-regarded Real Estate Investment Firm is looking to add a Vice President of Investor Relations to their growing team! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the firm's capital markets activities and will play a key role in driving the growth of the business.

Vice President of Investor Relations Responsibilities:
• Prospect and acquire new clients by identifying opportunities in the real asset space.
• Develop and maintain relationships with private wealth investors; RIAs, consultants, insurance companies, smaller institutions
• Present and promote the company's real estate private debt offerings, including loan products and structures, to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized financing solutions that meet client needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, industry regulations, and competitive landscape to position the company effectively.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective outreach and relationship-building strategies.

Vice President of Investor Relations Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with a finance/marketing/economics concentration (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5-8+ years of experience in Capital Formation or Investor Relations within Real Asset or Private markets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex investment concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Demonstrated track record of successfully raising capital and closing deals in a competitive fundraising environment.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and strong project management skills
• Ability to travel for meetings, presentations, and events
