The Role

As our Volunteer Partnerships Lead, you'll be at the forefront of building and nurturing strategic relationships with ecosystem partners, climate organisations, accelerators, and networks. 🤝 You'll play a key role in helping us grow our community of mentors and founders, amplify our reach, and create meaningful collaborations.

What you’ll do:

✨ Identify and reach out to potential partner organisations (climate funds, accelerators, incubators, networks, media platforms, etc.).

🌐 Develop and manage partnerships to bring in mentors, founders, and amplifiers of Hourglass Impact’s mission.

📝 Create simple partnership materials (with our support) — e.g. one-pagers, emails, talking points.

📣 Work closely with our Community Builder and Social Media Manager to align messaging and campaigns.

📊 Track and report on partnership progress and opportunities.

🎙️ Explore co-hosted events, content collaborations, or ecosystem mapping projects.

🗣️ Great communication skills — you’re confident writing outreach emails and jumping on calls.

🚀 Proactive and resourceful — you enjoy opening doors and making things happen.

🤝 Collaborative spirit — you’ll work closely with our growing volunteer team.

⭐ Previous experience in partnerships, business development, or community outreach is a bonus but not essential.
