The Climate Advocacy Lab is a network of leading climate change funders collaborating to advance climate and clean energy solutions. We rely on rigorous social science and data analysis to inform our work, helping build a permanent, activated majority in favor of positive climate policy in the United States.

We seek a transformative Visionary Leader for Climate Advocacy to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for refining our strategic vision, mapping resources to goals, and ensuring our capacity aligns with sector demands. They will also oversee an existing team of six employees who have built our initiative to its current level. As the key interlocutor with emerging funders, the Visionary Leader for Climate Advocacy will lead efforts to refine a governance structure that reflects stakeholder interests.
