About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Sustainability Strategy to spearhead the growth in our custom protective and cold-chain packaging solutions. In this strategic leadership role, you will define and execute aggressive growth objectives, enhance customer acquisition strategies, and oversee expansion plans. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
• Driving new business development initiatives
• Focusing on sustainability initiatives and practices
• Leading a talented team of sales, marketing, and sustainability professionals
• Providing guidance and resources to ensure team success

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. You should have a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing within a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of success in high-growth situations. The ability to build strong relationships, combined with analytical and critical thinking skills, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and you should be prepared for frequent travel, including overnight trips, to engage with key accounts and support our business initiatives.
