In addition, we are looking for someone who understands complex environments and has had real-world experience in moving products and customers to a next-generation set of products in the cloud and developing products in a cloud-native environment for the future of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the technology strategy and annual operational plan for the Next Gen HCM products as well as the maintenance of the current-gen solutions. All program/project deliverables and timelines, including budget, will be executed and met with a high degree of quality.

• Oversee the development and execution of the Next Gen HCM platform and ensure that our product delights customers, is highly scalable, performant, and delivered to the market on-time within budget and at high quality standards.

• The position requires a leader who mentors great talent to the next level.
• Develop a people strategy to ensure the right engineering and technology talent delivers solutions to meet current and future market demands.
• Promote and instill a high-performing and engaging team culture that acquires, develops, and retains talent at all levels within the organization and fosters talent management initiatives.
