Your leadership will extend to building and managing high-performing IT teams, both onshore and offshore, ensuring our systems align with business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree (MBA or relevant Master's preferred), and a minimum of 10 years of IT leadership experience, with deep knowledge in managing enterprise-level applications such as NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Hubspot, and Snowflake. A proven track record in digital transformation, experience managing global teams, and a strategic, technical mindset are essential.

Familiarity with compliance, security, and governance frameworks is expected, alongside domain expertise in cloud infrastructure and SaaS business models. Your ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, reduce IT costs, and ensure scalable systems is crucial. We seek a dynamic leader who can drive our IT vision forward.
