About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Information Technology Infrastructure and Operations to spearhead the strategic direction of its technology infrastructure and operational environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, delivery, security, and continuous improvement of the organization's technology foundation, including network engineering, compute and storage platforms, cloud infrastructure, data centers, telecommunications, and end-point infrastructure. This role demands a leader who can ensure that the infrastructure platforms meet the performance, reliability, scalability, and security requirements essential for the company's mission and business objectives. The VP will also be tasked with developing and executing the IT infrastructure and operations strategy, managing multi-year roadmaps, and overseeing the teams responsible for the implementation and lifecycle management of all infrastructure platforms. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree with a technical emphasis (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering. The role requires a deep expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure disciplines, including networking, compute, storage, and data center operations, as well as a strong understanding of hybrid and public cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure. Experience in a regulated industry, such as financial services, and knowledge of compliance and audit requirements are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing technical teams, excellent vendor management skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms. A continuous improvement mindset, Lean/Agile experience, and familiarity with ITSM platforms are also beneficial.
