About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for Circularity and Packaging Design to lead the development and management of material strategies that support the design of recyclable and compostable packaging and food serviceware. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing design guidelines, performance standards, and incentive structures in line with regulatory requirements. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives to integrate packaging design with recyclability and compostability, as well as engaging with producers and industry representatives to promote the adoption of circular design principles and scalable reuse and refill models.
