TVS Capital Funds, a Chennai-based growth fund manager, is looking for dynamic professionals to join our team as Analyst / Senior Analyst.

What do we expect from an analyst?
• Ability to Identifying attractive investment opportunities.
• Help in conducting primary / secondary research on sectors to develop thesis
• Help us with investment assessment, which requires ability to understanding sector, business, modelling and assessing returns.
• Supporting deal execution which diligence process and transaction documentation.
• Monitor portfolio companies including attending board meetings, working with company on reporting – highlight grow areas, risk – help in portfolio decision making.

Working alongside founders on various portfolio company initiatives.

Who are we looking for?
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience (private equity, business consulting, investment banking, credit underwriting, corporate strategy/M&A)
• MBA or CA degree or bachelor’s degree from Tier I institutes.
