The firm is known for its collaborative culture, dedication to client service, and commitment to professional growth.
The practice focuses on representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions) as well as the venture capital funds that invest in them. Clients range from newly formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology market leaders.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) experience, ideally gained at a comparable top-tier firm
• Stellar academic credentials and strong references
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Quantitative and Excel skills
• Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary range: $235,000 to $365,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
