Stealth Startup is seeking a full-time Venture Capital Analyst to support investment activities, including deal sourcing, research, financial modeling, and portfolio monitoring. What You’ll Do

As a Venture Capital Analyst, you will support all aspects of the investment lifecycle and contribute to the strategic growth of the company. Your key responsibilities will include:

Deal Sourcing & Screening
• Identify and track high-potential startups across various ecosystems
• Attend pitch events, demo days, and tech conferences to build founder relationships
• Maintain our internal deal flow pipeline and CRM tools

Investment Research & Due Diligence
• Conduct deep dives into target markets, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies
• Evaluate startup traction, business models, and financial health
• Support in preparing investment memos and presentations for the investment committee

Financial Modeling & Valuation
• Build and maintain models to assess financial projections, unit economics, and return potential
• Analyze cap tables and exit scenarios

Portfolio Support & Monitoring
• Collaborate with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, market research, and fundraising
• Track KPIs and provide quarterly performance reports

What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a high-growth startup
• Exceptional research and analytical skills, with a passion for new technologies and business models
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides proficiency
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like PitchBook, Crunchbase, CapIQ, or Affinity
