UX WRITER/USER EXPERIENCE/INVESTMENT BANK

Dexian is seeking a UX Writer for an opportunity with a client located in Raleigh, NC.
Write intuitive and engaging micro copy, UI text, and interaction content across digital platforms
Contribute to and uphold content style guides and voice/tone standards
Help shape experiences for virtual assistants and conversational UI tools
Translate complex AI and tech-driven concepts into simple, user-centered language
Participate in UX research and design thinking activities to ensure user-centric communication

3+ years of UX writing experience, preferably in digital product environments
~ Proven expertise in short-form content and micro copy for user interfaces
~ Experience working closely with UX/UI designers and cross-functional product teams
~ Ability to clearly explain content decisions and work in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment
~ Experience with voice assistants, virtual assistants, or similar emerging technologies
~ Familiarity with content strategy frameworks and accessibility best practices
