Nava Talent is seeking a highly skilled Utility Scale Solar Wind Energy Specialist to join our team. As a Utility Scale Solar Wind Energy Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the development lifecycle of utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the development lifecycle for utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects, ensuring successful advancement to commercial operation.
• Coordinate land acquisition efforts, including lease and purchase negotiations with landowners.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with project development.
• Engage with stakeholders, including landowners, community members, policymakers, and regulatory agencies, to build project support.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy project development.
• Strong understanding of land acquisition, interconnection, permitting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with renewable energy policies, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
