The Environmental Outreach Specialist will lead our efforts to educate and engage the community on composting and sustainability practices. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in environmental education, community outreach, and program development.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive education and outreach programs targeting diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to advance composting initiatives and promote sustainable practices.
• Design and deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, and presentations on composting best practices.
• Manage volunteer programs, internships, and community engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials, social media content, and public relations efforts.

Your Ideal Background:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in environmental science, education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program development, education, and community outreach.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with composting, waste reduction, and sustainability practices.
