Key Functions:
• Manages assigned projects and programs, performing research and analysis to identify needs and develop strategies
• Coordinates with community partners and other departments to achieve strategic objectives
• Manages and monitors assigned contracts for services, developing and implementing programming and projects
• Provides coordination with County and local stakeholders in emergency situations
• Establishes and manages educational programming and community outreach for the division
