Urban Planning Internship

The All India Institute of Local Self-Government is offering a full-time Urban Planning Internship in New Delhi. Interns will engage in research, project development, and assist in implementing sustainable urban planning practices. The position is open to Civil Engineering students, especially women looking to restart their careers. The internship lasts three months, with a stipend of ₹7,000 - ₹15,000 per month. About the internship:

We are seeking a dynamic Urban Planning intern to join our team at the All India Institute of Local Self-Government (AIILSG). As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting urban planning projects and contribute to the development of sustainable communities.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on research & development tasks

2. Develop modules, implement best practices & apply LSA's

3. Assist in project delivery

4. Assist in project development

5. Assist in developing international funding project

6. Report directly to Regional Head/Team Leader

7. Track project timelines and help ensure deadlines are met for deliverables

8. Stay updated on current urban planning trends, innovations in sustainability, and new technologies (for example, smart cities, green infrastructure)
