About the Role
This Principal Planner position requires a master's degree in urban or regional planning, urban design, landscape architecture, or a related field. You must have seven years of experience in urban planning, with expertise in zoning, urban design, public space planning, and project implementation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a valid S.C. driver's license are also essential requirements.

A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in urban or regional planning, urban design, landscape architecture, or an architecture degree, or a closely related field is required. Alternatively, you can possess any combination of experience and training that provides the equivalent scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work.
